Interesting that a main ingredient of the burrito is crimini mushrooms.

Seems to be some controversy about eating these raw:

I've seen numerous raw food recipies are calling for raw mushrooms, but do

wonder about the potential toxic affects. It's been a couple of years since

I visited Tree of Life, but Gabriel was at the time against eating mushrooms

of any kind. In fact, in Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine, he states:

" Edible mushrooms are another common food that is highly mycotic. Mushrooms

are acid-forming and full of mycotoxins. All contain varous levels of

amanitin. Some are immediately poisonous and others with lower

concentrations may cayse sloer moving chronic diseases. One cancer

researcher, Dr B. Toth, found that the mycotoxins in mushrooms were

associated with cander in the lungs, liver, thyroid, nasal cavity, stomach,

colon, and gallbladder in mice. According to " Sick andTired " , all mushrooms

contain a minimum of five active ingredients that have been show to cause

cancer in animals. "
