Guest guest
Hello, I am leaving this Sunday for a week in Mexico and I've never been there before. My questions are: #1~ is it safe to eat the fruit and greens in Mexico? I have heard the stories that the water will make you sick even if you wash your greens and fruit with it? #2~ I have heard that sun screen lotion is carcinogenic and not to use it. I don't plan on basking in the sun, so to speak, but I will be in the water which I know can burn me even faster than just being on the beach. In this case is it still better to use a sun screen protection or just wear long sleeve shirts, which doesn't sound like a lot of fun snorkeling. Any comments, suggestions etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Breezi
Guest guest
I can comment on #2. For just a few days, I doubt you are going to get cancer from using sun screen. My theory about what causes the cancer would be the fats/oils in the sun screen that would be absorbed into the skin. If natural sun screens are made, use one without a lot of oil in it, or just use an aloe vera creme.
