Guest guest
I am a mother of 3 little ones and studying to be a Master Herbalist. I got an Excalibur for Christmas and checked out a bunch of RAW cookbooks at the library and have been having quite a bit of fun making crackers and breakfast bars and granola and whatever else seems to suit my fancy. I am interested in learning more. One thing that has always held me back from jumping in is all the soaking/planning ahead. How do you deal with this when I have small children, homeschooling, etc. I have been mostly a whole foods vegan with almost everything homemade but it seems the Raw stuff takes even more time. Tips?
