For an extensive list of plant-based foods (animal based too) and their iron content (the top 38 are plant-based! Right before my nutrition table on the iron page is a link to the USDA nutrition database. Try searching for common seeds and the resulting sprouts (such as alfalfa). and compare those numbers. I suspect the seeds are more concentrated, so would have more. The sprouts would have more water, but they are certainly more " alive " .
