Guest guest
I grew up in Western Washington and fruit trees grow great here. We had a Bing Cherry tree a tart CHerry tree, Ilatian Plumb, Pear, Many apple trees, peach, We had a Hazel nut tree too. CAtherine No Sorry I'm in Eastern Wa. I moved here from So Cal just so I could grow my own stuff. I still miss my avocado tree and banana trees. In cherries for western wa a harder cherry that resists cracking (perhaps a Stella) Again one person mentioned raintree nursery on the west side. Also look up Dave Wilson Nursery and look at his backyard orchard write ups During fruit season a drive is always nice and picking fruit is relaxing and rewarding go to growyourown.org and you can search wa state by county Recent Activity 3 New Members 1 New Links Visit Your Group
