Kay here,

NO, I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT NEEDING WARM FOOD - that is an illusion. As

long as food is at body temp' you're ok.

My gut is spastic. Raw food aggravates it more than cooked

(strangely?)

Somehow the digestion is more difficult in cold weather because my

system is impaired in some way?...

BUT WHY SHOULD I FIND COOKED FOOD EASIER TO DIGEST AT ANY GIVEN TIME?

For Me IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE WARM.

For example a small green salad with some bread or quinoa and homous,

maybe some cooked beetroot - would be sufficient.

But Lynne - This is bad eh? - COLD!

I feel really ill today :(

Just to be going on with - TRY SOME ENERGETIC YOGA WITH VERY DEEP

BREATHING a short time before you eat a large fruit meal :)
