Yesterday I ate bananas I had kept in the boiler cupboard. If I was to eat bread and homous it would be no warmer. I set no desire between hot cooked food and warm. I use to eat most cooked food cold (room temp) I DO understand that whilst the body is cleansing/adjusting it can pool its energy in the liver and leave the body feeling cooler. But I had previously eaten a raw food diet for several years in sucession - Though it was not predominately Nat H' I appreciate I feel cold by avoiding food. But in the event of limiting food intake as I did yesterday (my natural reflex action to avoid pain) I STILL felt even colder after eating warm bananas. I semi blended them and stayed in the house for 2 hours afterward. My need to uncover this condition is paramont. In the past I have either lost dramatic amounts of weight in winter OR reverted back to cooked food in defeat. I want my 'new' life to be different to the past. I am working on the sub-conscious with affirmations; But I must find out why this diet exascerbates colitis in my case?..
