I am very serious about getting to the bottom of this problem in my own case, because this pattern has always brought forth doubt - Difficult to stop the mind thinking that way when I experience pain. I feel very ill this end. All fruit that I eat tastes horrible. I have reduced the amount down to half what I was eating and that was not excessive. My whole system feels acid. Constant pain and turmoil in my stomach and gut. How do you eat a salad when your body is 'switched off' to it?! How could I continue through a winter like that - with less variety of fruit too! I would clearly not be listening to my body if I continued to eat fruit. I just can't be doing with this - because I know this diet is " perfect " and I don't break food combining rules etc. Fortuantely for me, I begin a long fast on monday. In the past the situation has not improved by fasting. The climate and fruit here remains a problem. I affirm to myself that this time WILL be different. I speak about doubt because I am realistic - But possible I should deny a negative remark? The best to all x Our effort is not in vain - it is an adventure eh folks?!
