At this time he is busy, I donot like to OVER-EXTEND my asking. However, when I RETURN from FASTING I will approach the topic with him once more and go from there.. RE:EATING CLOSE TOGETHER Are you suggesting that when I eat MORE in ONE SITTING I stay with the SAME TYPE OF FRUIT? For the moment I am FULL after 8 BANANAS. 1 HR LATER I feel the NEED to EAT AGAIN. Usually SOMETHING DIFFERENT like peaches. I may then eat 4-6 PEACHES or A HONEYDEW MELON. After this meal I am usually happy for a COUPLE OF HOURS before I get A BLOOD SUGAR DROP and require further fueling. When I go long peroids WITHOUT EATING I feel WEAK, DIZZY and unable to concentrate. I ALSO SWEAT. - When I donot eat greens at one or two meals of the day, the weakness /dizziness continues... ?? I also experience HEADACHES after eating MELONS and usually REQUIRE MORE GREENS on days they are eaten. ?? I have put all these experiences down to BLOOD SUGAR IMBALANCES / EXHAUSTED ADRENALS perhaps..? And MINERAL IMBALANCES. By the way - I am NOT experiencing NIGHT-TIME drama any longer So it must have been a SIGN of CLEANSING.. THESE AFFIRMATIONS ARE GREAT!!!
