Thank you for the speedy feedback. NORMALLY, and after I recover from Fasting I will be RUNNING, YOGA and some WEIGHTS etc at the GYM. The timing and quantity of food is bound to change. I sure good do with a bit of coaching in the future Due to the heavy toxic load my body seems to be offloading! - I have about enough energy to do my day without added exercise. Having said that - I WALK EVERYWHERE, and quickly since it is my only means of transport. I am big on STRETCHING. I look forward to my exercise regime I can tell you! My only concern would be that of a past memory: - Difficulty in consuming large volumes of food at one time - It has been painful inside. Often, food feels like it is sitting in my stomach " rotting " . (Low stomach acid?) I certainly CHEW.. This condition is probably due to previous states of extreme low weight and related issues including an operation.. It was suggested that some internal tissues are " permanently " damaged - But then you know what the medical Profession are like for their Fear based diagnosis?! - " POOF TO THEM " ! I have always been amazed just how much other raw-fooders can tuck away; Whilst my salads look like a Snail's meal! This Fast is important because of My Belief in Renewal through the process - Without interferance on my behalf if you see what I mean? QUESTION: Am I correct in thinking that not only is it better to eat MONO MEALS in one sitting; But to keep the VARIETY SIMPLE AND MINIMAL in any GIVEN DAY? TODAY: 11.00 7 bananas 12.00 4 Peaches 1.00 2 medjool dates+celery 3.00 2 large peaches 5.00 Will eat greens+strawberries Will likely eat a banana later..
