But your eating pattern sounds fine, as you laid it out: I find that on MIXED DIETS I still eat about 4 TIMES a day. Is this excessive? Example - Breakfast: 11.00 8 bananas Lunch: 1.00 4-6 peaches 2.30 2-4 medjool dates 3 apricots (possibly) 4.30 Green leaves with strawberries 6.00 Apple or banana If I interpret this correctly, than you spend at least half of your waking hours not eating at all, hardly " grazing! " :) ________ Kay, I would point out that you are eating meals fairly close together here, so that your digestive system may not have sufficient time to finish one thing before beginning another. I am wondering about your present level of physical activity. I am guessing, from the foregoing, that your physical activity is on the low side, is this fairly accurate? If you were to increase your physical activity, over time, then I suspect that your eating pattern would naturally shift to accommodate the changes in your metabolic timing. In all likelihood, this would lead you to consume a smaller number of larger meals. I don't see a huge problem with your eating pattern per se, I'm just sensing " room for improvement " in the larger picture of your overall health, that's all.
