" (Mark Twain) Hi Lynne - I know organic is expensive; I pay £1.20 for a pack of 5 here in Cheltenahm, BUT it IS important to eat organic esp when One makes them a staple of the diet. Yuh know, a funny thing is I have HUGE dislike for watermelon - to the point that it's upset my system in the past! I don't even like the smell. But then I have two friends who detest bananas, one of whom dislikes avocadoes too - Needless to say she " can't get enough " Watermelon! For most people living in the U.K I recomend they donot eat pineapple, even if it's organic; They are always underipe (I have no experience in London however?) Love Kay.x Hi Kay - we do our best here, you know - I mean 5 bananas probably last you a week (only joking, my dear!) I know that organic is better but we are very much healthier now with what we are eating and organic is financially out of the window for us - that's the way it is as I have said before. Nick eats a lot and he will get through over 20 a day on his sports days and I usually get through about 10 so we couldn't possibly afford to spend over £7.00 per day on bananas alone. As for the pineapple - we can only speak as we find, cant we - we have some at the moment and it is lovely and ripe - maybe it is in the south that you cant get it - I really don't know.
