Hi,

I have been a lacto-ova vegetarian for over 25 yrs and 'am interested

in a raw vegetarian diet.

Any advice on what I should and should not be eating raw would be

gratefuly appreciated.

Thanks

Ben.

Hi Ben..

to eat:

whole, raw, fresh, ripe, organic or better, fruits, vegys, nuts and

seeds.

aim for a minimum of 80% of calories from carbohydrates: fruits -

esp. " sweet " fruits, like bananas, dates, melons.

hold protein and fat ot 10% maximum

Not: lose the milk and the eggs.

See " reading Resources " in the files section over on RawSchool.

all the best,

Bob
