Kay here; Elchanan - Can you pass on your old post about ACETIC ACID acid (vinegar)for Gemini please? Meanwhile, thank You and the team for the posts about fruit quality - Helpful for those, like Gina and myself living in England. Can we clear up some confusion about BANANAS and REFRIDGERATION? I understand the skins turn BLACK in cold temps. In my experience this does not adversely affect the 'meat'inside the skin, as long as the banana has been RIPENED BEFORE HAND. When I was living in The Carribean it became neccessary to chill bananas. Here in the U.K I usually store them in the coolest part of the house to slow down spotting. p.s A PERSONAL NOTE ... I am doing rather well recently. I am VERY fortunate to have Laurie's help and to have been introduced to YOU and the group.x I am still planning to fast in about 3 weeks from now. I am making the all important habit of my new eating choices before hand.
