Living Light Culinary Arts Institute Associate Chef training course designed for individuals, chefs and instructors begins July 1 with a brand new class -- *Ethnic Flavors in Recipe Development. *2. The Grand Opening of the new Living Light Center has grown into a world wide health expo with 6 venues of top speakers and leaders in the raw community and beyond! 3. Dr. Douglas Graham and Professor Rozalind Gruben-Graham will offer a fascinating 15-hour certification course, Introduction to Basic Raw Nutritional Science, August 17-18 at the Living Light Center to kick-off the celebration/expo! 4. Viktoras Kulvinskas and Dr. Walter Urban will both offer seminars immediately following the Grand Opening, so stay on the coast playing, learning and celebrating before going to Rawstock the following week-end! 5. Living Light Kitchen Apprentices learn by working in our production kitchen during school sessions and are encouraged participate in two classes each day. The cost for the program is a nominal $20 per day. (Accommodations are not included; most raw organic meals are included). *8.* *Living Light is growing exponentially! We are now offering more employment opportunities and working internships.* Many raw food enthusiasts have moved here to work with us and we have opportunities for even more!
