Take heart DEAR Annette.

We are all doing our best with the tools provided at any given time.

It doesnt always seem like it because We don't always understand what

the soul came here to experience.

I know it is a battle for some of us to stay raw. I have been the

worse to myself in the past, when clearly I know what I am doing AND

see the bigger picture of life to some degree.

What helps is to remain detached from the " behaviour " and say to

yourself " I am doing this and part of me likes it, part of me doesnt.

I will feed my mind with positive information and wait to see the

results of my thoughts.. "

I have never found much use in will power. Observing and

understanding are the way.

Meanwhile; Raw Foodists are not always the healthiest and happiest

people on this planet! Healthiness is a state of mind.

A raw diet that consists of some fruit during the morning time, some

salad and sourdough spelt bread or salad and avocado (for example)

lunchtime. With steamed veg, quinnoa, millet or tahini (for example)

in the early evening - can be a prosperous way to live. You can still

have raw days.

Whatever helps you create balance and continuity is probably best.

Jumping from all raw to stodgy foods and back, beating yourself up

about it and so on - is very depleting.

...Just sharing some of my own experiences.

Meanwhile I am following 100% Nat Hygiene at this time - Ha! to

assist my own body in self healing.

We are all on a boat together, with support. This is what we are in

this group for eh?

Kay xx
