Viktoras Kulvinskas, Ann Wigmore, > Brian Clement, ahh...the HHI crowd: yes, spent some time up there, when it was still in Boston, sometime ~79...had posted that earlier...I think it's a good foundation re: raw - and I think they overvalue sprouts and wheatgrass juice. Given that they developed the program in Boston, I thought it might've been targeted to the polluted " city " crowd. I very rarely these days drink wheatgrass juice: it still tastes " vile " to me...gives me that shuddering sensation...and if anything takes that much getting used to, I don't think it can be very good for me. Jack LaLanne, and others. familar with him more for his weight-lifting feats.... > > One thing that makes the people I listed so > healthy is juice. I know we're not rats, but they're so frequently used because of the " short " life cycles...I may go look and see if there are any longer-term juice results. On second thought, I don't think so, because having read more of your info, I know that you're not only a " juicer " - you eat also!! lol! I personally find the " juices " too " concentrated " , like there's just too much of something...in Wheatgrass juice, I forget what it is...but there's too much of it....carrot juice - when I drink it (and yes, I'm versed in all the " correct " Walker combinations..like #____ carrot and spinach..or carrot and celery..or carrot/celery/beet/ lol! books are on a shelf somewhere...) it feels like only part of it is being used, with the rest being expelled: like my body knows what is " sufficient " and what is " excess " . > > Things like olive oil and coconut oil are the juice > of coconuts and olives. One approach is founded upon alignment with Nature, and the other with man knowing better than Nature/the body. I'll still be choosing alignment with Nature, and I respect your choice of juicing.
