Hi Sharon,

I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures. I'm waiting for the moderator

to approve my joining the group.

I, too, do stretches, usually every time I do my exercises. I have a

stationery bike that I sometimes go on, and when the weather's not so hot and

humid,

I take walks outdoors.

I did a lot more walking when I lived in Manhattan, just as part of my daily

life. It's different here.

Hi Judy,

I think the key to staying young is exercising! Of all the exercises I do,

I think the last thing that I would want to give up would be my stretching.

Stretching on a regular basis and for me it is a class 5X a week. It's the

key to keeping one flexible and balanced as we get older. Pilates, Yoga and

TiaChi are great ways of keeping one's body flexible. Getting in classes

with others is always an encouragement.

Love,

Sharon
