Periodically, I've been posting summaries, key concepts, salient facts, and interesting " quotes " from some of these lessons. With this one, Fasting, I've decided *not* to do that. Why? Because the topic is more involved, and I believe requires more information than I'm willing to spend the time typing it in here. Since I find the topic, and the information very worthwhile, what I am willing to do, however, is to make copies of this Part of the training, and send it to you for a donation. You'd receive 4 lessons (45-48), each with a worksheet/quiz, and an overall exam at the end. This would be about 73pp. of information. I've read the material, find it to be of good quality, and it includes excerpts from different works of H.M.Shelton (e.g., " Fasting for Renewal of Life " and some others...) and other recognized NH fasting " experts " . Note that *I* am NOT claiming to be an expert: I'm offering to share information. If this is something you'd be interested in, please send me an offlist email, with just the word " fasting " <== no quotes, and you should shortly thereafter receive back an email with more details, etc. Note that the rule is only setup to respond to emails that contain only the word fasting in the subject.
