Guest guest
Hi Scott and all, There is no raw food containing B-12 other than raw flesh and that is only because animals don't bother to wash their produce before they consume it. ;-) Otherwise, almost any organically grown root food, green leafy vegetable or fruit will have B-12 *_ON IT_*. This is why one should not wash their produce too much as the B-12 and bacteria will be washed off. Just a side note to add to Elchanan's explanation, chemical fertilizers are also partly to blame for the looming B-12 deficiency seen everywhere. The cyano-bacteria do fine with normal earthly found elements but don't fare so well with the laboratory derived concoctions so widely used in agriculture today. Please correct me if I am wrong here. -- Peace be with you, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
