Guest guest
hello all: I am still here :>). Very low energy, sore throat (swallowing is painful), right ear still ringing painful and left eye watering and crusty. Nose on and off stuffy, draining. Fasting didn't work for more then a few hours. I to recommend going slow on fasts and getting help. I started, literally with 4 hour fasts and worked up over 2 years to some one-day and one three-day fast. Then when I the time was not right (LOL) I woke up and didn't feel like going to work so I started a fast. I wasn't sure how long I would be able to go or if it would feel right. Work was not supportive -- how surprising...LOL I spoke with Loren Lockman and listened to many of his tapes and videos and one by Fred Bisci on fasting and searched the internet. I set my sights after 3 days on a 21 day water only fast. Right or wrong on the 9th day I had a strong metallic taste in the mouth and I decided to end the fast and call it a good milestone. People told me 1 day of recovery for 3 days of fasting -- not for me. It took me 2 weeks 14 days to be able to go back to work. My strength came back slow but now I am so glad I did it. I almost lost 2 jobs but after 5 months I had more work then before because of the non-supportive actions of others. I did another dangerous (to some people) NH procedure today. Sunbathing 15 minutes on each side ~ 3 p.m. It was glorious!! Thanks all - for all your kind thoughts and words Bill To answer your comprehensive questions Elchanan: Yes, I have had lots of oral surgery - Orthodontics, tooth extraction's, root canals, bone removal, gum surgeries, I currently wear a plastic night guard to reduce damage from grinding but my stress level is way down from the past and grinding is minimal now. Emotionally and financially stress has increased recently and I have had to make some tough (for me) decisions to limit my exposure to toxic people. LOL Sad but true... No physical stress recently other then an upcoming tap dance recital. My whole upper teeth are aching and AHA!! I think I have the insight... Thank you E. One observation is that my lower teeth are spreading out. I have heard RF NH people say cooked food caused smaller and smaller jaws over generations. I noticed that my night guard is very snug now and I thought that was a good thing (oh boy) now I will have to stop wearing it and see if letting my upper teeth spread out relieves the pressure.... I'll let you know. Guest guest
but if I get too freaked out by life, I lose > weight rapidly. Weird, huh? > > Veronica > Veronica I do this too...stress for me equals no hunger or even desire for food...I got way too thin a couple years back due to this...like you though, I'm at a decent weight now also! m
