food combining for dummies?

hi! i tried elchanan's suggestion to dice up

tomato/oranges for salad dressing - it's very good.

i'm just wondering about the food combining you're all

talking about...

 

i don't remember where i got this from, but i had the

idea you never mix fruit with anything else, and never

mix citrus - eat citrus first thing during the day if

you're going to eat it... and never mix starch &

protein... i may have gotten this from a Fit For Life

book - the starch would be " moot " on raw vegan? or

would that count a potato/ which would also be cooked

:-/

 

don't remember what i've read on food :combining for

raw vegan - can somebody give me a :clue? :-)

and if i'm still eating some cooked vegetarian - is it

best to do that as last thing eaten for the day....

and i know not at all is best :-)

Glad the little suggestion worked for you. Don't know where you may have

obtained that information, but you can unlearn it now.

 

I am secretly working on a lengthy post on food combining...but please don't

tell anyone, it's a secret, as I said.
