Hello Elchanan, and others,

I read your series of posts this morning, especially the one below and

the comments addressed to Bob and Glenda about fasting. I continue to be

astounded by the caliber of information you're sharing, and I just want to

say that I am so very grateful and honored that you discovered this list and

decided to actively participate. Your level of knowledge and understanding

is an extremely rare find, and to encounter this two times in a lifetime (my

dear friend Robert Rust's understanding is on the same level) is a precious

gift that I value above all others! It pains me to think about all the

struggling raw fooders out there who are missing out on the opportunities

that are possible when a person gets exposed to simple elegance of how

nature truly works, especially via the kinds of brilliant insights you are

endowing us with. So, a million times, thank you.

By the way, Robert is working in Los Altos right now (his home is in

Whistler, BC), and will be for the next couple weeks, so I gave him your

email address because I thought the two of you might like to connect.
