Re: Thoughts I'm having re the direction of my raw journey

it's all about choice - you certainly have the right, and the ability

to make any choice you'd like. I've posted previously

about " experiential " learning, meaning each of us learning it by

doing it ourselves..., is *not* the only way to learn. It seems to

be your preference - and yup, that's your choice...

_____

Hi Denise, Bob, and all,

I agree completely with what Bob writes here. I would also like to share

that almost 100% of those who try RF eventually " fail, " by which I mean they

just give up. But the real failure is in falling short of one's potential

for health and vitality, and beyond that, for giving and serving in the

world. In this sense, every single man and woman who KNOWINGLY creates him-

or herself as less than his/her own potential takes something away from the

rest us.

Denise, if you (or anyone) truly wish to equate the work of those who peddle

boxcars of supplements with the work of those who sell none, and if you

truly wish to equate the work of those who peddle stimulants and call them

" food " (e.g., raw cacao) then you are absolutely, unequivocally free to do

so. But what you are not, in my opinion, free to do is ask others to pick up

the tab when you underperform (e.g., cause an " accident " because you're not

fully present) or become sick. And unfortunately, in my personal opinion

only, that is what has happened throughout our society. In fact, our entire

society is built upon such " sharing of liability. "

In other words, our choices have consequences, and those consequences are

rarely limited in effect or scope to ourselves alone. So I wonder whether

you (and some others) might consider rising above the level of such

equivocation, and instead reaching for all the best that love and life have

to offer. For such is the gift available to us all, freely given if we would

only receive it.

Just something to " chew on. "

Elchanan

Hey Elchanan,

Very well said. Yes we are all, each and every one of us, totally

responsible for ourselves and our choices. We are, each and every one of

us, totally responsible for the consequences of those choices, as well.

I must admit that you give excellent words to " chew on " .

Peace be with you, Elchanan.
