I was wanting to ask a question about this.. have you or anyone else done a week water fast? I had read about this in several places and was wondering the correct way to do this... Since my screw up this weekend I feel the need to do a fast and am unsure what to do and what to expect. Do you just drink the water when you are hungry?? Is there a certain amount that should be drank? I was reading a journal of sorts about a 19 day fast and he mentioned getting weaker as the days went on but knew from experience that his energy would come back... is this weakness due to no vitamins and minerals?? should a newbie do only a three day fast for now or less? or more?? I understand that every individual is different but there has to be some guidlines out there somewhere that are correct and healthy. In your research have you come across anything such as this??
