Raw and yoga

I read an interesting tidbit of information in a prior post. Someone

mentioned that a raw diet increased their flexibility in yoga

practice. Has anyone else experienced this? I am an avid yogini at

about 70-80% raw...I noticed a slight change in flexibility and

increase strength on the days or days following the 80-90% raw diet.

Any stories out there?

My yoga practice has gotten much stronger since I went

raw in December -- both flexibility and strength-wise

and in the meditative aspect as well. It's pretty

amazing, actually.
