Guest guest
Thanks for following. I have nothing against my raw, vegan diet, I think it makes the most common sense way to eat for a lot of reasons, also my energy is best on raw vegan, plus I'm getting used to it, it's not very hard and like I say, it makes the most sense to me for someone to eat that way so it's not hard for me at this point and getting even easier. i like fruit the best so i suppose fruitarianism is the way to go, I think it's sound from a nutritional standpoint which would be my only fake concern about it, but i have nothing against eating any and all plant matter and i do. Breatharianism is a little far fetched, if someone is truly called to eat that way (or not eat) from a spiritual perspective then I suppose it could work for them, but I don't ever want to or expect to be able to live on just breathing or sunlight for the sungazers. I think man was meant to eat plant food so that's what I do and I think that's God's will for me so I'll continue to do it. I don't think it's hypochonriatic to believe in raw vegan and eat that way. While i believe anyone can theoretically be healthy on any diet, I think raw vegan makes sense from every, too many, perspectives. This site, http://www.beyondveg.com, has too much information for me. I don't have to go beyond raw vegan, I think it makes sense from a kindness viewpoint, an environmental one, a time one, a clean up one, a buying one, use of resources such as manufacturing one, moral one for not killing, health one as it's the healthiest way to eat and i think man was designed like the ape, for example, to eat plant food. Dieseases would be cut way back if man didn't eat animal products. Rich
