About 8 months ago, a small piece of my front tooth broke off - I

don't know how or when. I just noticed it one day. Then last week, I

was holding the telephone by the hard plastic antennae (maybe not too

smart, but I was doing it) and thought the antennae cracked - but no

crack - it was another piece of my tooth.

I was not eating raw 8 months ago - so I know that is not the cause.

The only thing I can think of is that I was drinking lemon water every

morning. My sugar consumption was never very high. Maybe 2-5 tsp/day

average " hidden " in an occasional donut or candy bar or ice cream.

Some days none - few days some - so that would be average.

I want to see if I can strengthen my teeth - any suggestions?
