[Raw Food] A great raw food website

 

Hello folks, my name is Brian Jones and I think I have found a good

website that has loads of information for those who are making the

transition to a SAD diet to a Raw food diet. Without furhter ado, here

The site is ran by Nora and also has a discussion forum for her

I agree; this is one the sites that was most helpful to me early on in changing

to raw foods. I was especially encouraged by the fact that it took Nora's body a

while to respond to the changes, which has been my own experience.
