Raw Guru and Friends welcome all to their next Gourmet Raw Food Dinner

Extravaganza!

This “Chow-FUN” event will consist of a raw- raffle, raw treats, exotic raw food

product sale, special guest appearance and a fulfilling meal to end your

evening.

 

**Carrot Ginger Soup**

Freshly juiced carrots combined with almonds, ginger,and seasoning blended to a

creamy perfection. Garnished with sprouts.

 

**Sweet & Sour Salad**

Crunchy portions of shredded cabbages tossed with julienne carrots, bok choy,

and cilantro. Topped with a light sweet and sour vinaigrette.

 

**Assorted Sushi Rolls**

Variety sets of nori rolls filled with parsnip “rice” and sprouts accompanied by

mustard green wasabi,pickled ginger, and nama shoyu (raw soy sauce):

× Spicy Hawaiian Rolls- pineapple, green onion, chili sauce

× Californian Rolls- avocado, lettuce, julienne carrots

× Cucumber Rolls- spinach, cucumber, red pepper

 

**Creamy Coconut Ice Cream**

Mounds of soft and creamy blends of young coconuts mixed with almond butter and

sweetened with agave nectar with drizzles of mango syrup. Embellished with

sweet, crunchy coconut flakes.
