Kay here - I guess i am just very different in my approach. What I like is to discover that one's own perception of life is NEVER the " only way " When I first began the raw lifestyle I absolutely stuck to the " rules " of Living Foods and felt " insecure " if I went to a pot luck or occasionally tried something different. Then I had a long time off raw and had other " rules " about my eating! As soon as I recomenced the raw lifestyle I brought in new " rules " . However, I do believe with all my heart and mind that my new adopted " guidelines " are the way to go because the previous " rules " lead me into confusion and chaos! I think it is lovely that you can enjoy what you are doing with food. Clearly I left the word " enjoy " out of my regimes!!! ALL THE BEST Kay x
