Guest guest
Hello Brothers and Sisters, I read the China Study, it was a good book. It reaffirmed many of the things I already knew. I was disappointed with the fact that it relied heavily on the use of studies on rats. These creatures when domesticated are as playful and curious as dogs and cats. Very intelligent. In fact I own a small family of them. They are my rawfood rats. I love sharing all my raw food scraps with them. They are all so very healthy and are expected to live 3 years instead of the normal 2 year life span that they normal have. I keep them in my basement window well where they live a pretty free life. They have dug a tunnel system underground. If you looked through the window you might not see a thing. Open the window and they all come scurring out to see who's there. They love attention and they never bite. So now you understand why I would be a little biased toward this part of the book. But also at the same time I believe that you can't compare rats to humans and vice versa. I believe the only studies relevent to humans are the one done on humans. I'm not a rat and never will be. I do not see any sense in torturing these little creatures to compare them to humans. I share Robert Cohens (the NotMilkMan www.notmilk.com ) opinion and belief. In his post located at: http://health.notmilk/message/1989 We don't all have to agree with someone elses opinion or belief, but when the bells of truth ring in my heart and the spirit of God wispers it is true to my soul. I stand my ground. The creatures of the earth do not need to be experiamented on for our benefit. They should be protected and cared for when ever possible. I am gald that I am only resposible for my actions and not the actions of others. It will be a great day when the world wakes up to the truth! May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ hasten his return soon. And may we all be ready to meet him! AMEN. Sincerely Daniel (In the Lion's Den) P.S.
