Hello Bob, Kay and all - the fact that I am alive and living my life on

life's terms is all I need today - I am delighted when I wake on a morning

and find I have a brand new day - I don't have to prove anything to anybody,

- just allow myself to " be " and to live in the way that enhances my life

for me. That's all that matters - in the evening I look at my day and how I

have lived it and ask myself have I hurt anyone today - have I hurt myself -

if I have then I do something about it as soon as possible.
