Swing,

I don't think anyone can say for sure what your detox will be like.

I have heard of people experiencing similar symptoms to conditions

they have previously experienced. I've heard of people who have lots

of signs of cleansing and some who have next to none, so I think it

is very individual as to what you will notice happening - or not

happening.

For me, I think I just want to be aware that if I do experience

cleansing symptoms, I don't want to do things I would have normally

done to combat them (like OTC meds etc...) But realize they are my

body's way of letting go of whatever toxic stuff it has been storing

and now no longer needs.

I know I don't want to hinder that process.

have been wondering about that... I have not had a major health

problem except a couple of seizures. I am no longer on that

medication.. been about two years now.. Not because of raw eating

tho. just decided I wasn't going to take them..

problems through the years... but generally healthy... how will this

relate to symptoms?? as a very young child I had a bad kidney

illness that landed me in the hospital. the only other times I have

been in the hospital was to have three kids and get my tubes tied, a

hysterectomy..and then the seizures... With the kids.. I had as many

drugs as they would give me to kill pain.. the usuals with the

hysterectomy... but over all my health has been good.. some elevated

chloestoral and triglycerides... and liver enzymes were what

actually scared me off my meds for seizures... the only other

problem I was getting major aches due to being overweight ....
