Not that this really concerns me. I'm a guy. But I love learning new

and interesting things.

I came across this really interesting article:

Menstruation - - Is it Really Necessary?

August 1, 2002

Hello everyone, what an interesting article this is - since being raw I have

experienced pleasant changes within myself - I was having a long, drawn out

menopause and had taken HRT for a number of years to see if I could ease my

hormonal imbalances (although that was a few years ago)

I was still having many hot flushes and mood swings that I put down to

hormones - I was taking Evening Primrose supplements which I couldn't really

do without because if I missed taking them I would feel " down " - an hormonal

type " down " that I was practiced at recognising.

Since raw all this stopped - completely stopped very quickly - no mood

swings no hot flushes - no hormonal imbalance and I suffered from it one way

or another all my life really when I look back - if anything I feel the cold

more these days but Nick says he does too so I know that this comes from raw

does anyone else feel the cold more - I couldn't stand the heat at all when

I was having hot flushes - I would " burn up " very quickly and have to move

out of the sun - vicious circle - I am loving the sun this year and am out

in it every second I can..

So many benefits from this way of life without all the poisons making my

body struggle.

Love Lynne

I too was having a lot of unpleasant hot flashes. Since going raw 8 months ago

they have completely disappeared. (along with headaches, sickness, pain, nausea,

dizziness and almost 25 pounds of excess weight.) Lane
