The experience is a small amount of creamy discharge monthly. Whilst I have not menstruated due to hormonal problems (apparently and " proven " by tests) I always ate a very clean diet and never over weight. Then a few years ago I a major life crisis and ate apaulingly for several months and gained some weight (Still within a suitable range for my height) I experienced very toxic flow of menses three times over a 6 month peroid. I was very sick with it. I have had none since. Personally I never think about it. I feel it is my " choice " not to participate in all that! Many people expect certain conditions. They pre-conditoned themselves during upbringing (universal hypnotism) And of course, they eat a diet that supports this conditoning.
