The affirmations, I know are useful. Each night i listen to a c.d

with auto suggestion, like..

" imagine what it would feel like if you knew you couldn't fail "

Hello everyone, this is off-topic I know but affirmations have to be

something positive for the mind - the above and I can remember who wrote it

is not a true affirmation as all the mind would hear would be the word " fail

- affirmations have to be worded correctly or they can work against us.

Love Lynne

PS - I am not too keen on all the talk about animals and killing them and how

they are kept - I have read and seen and learned all I need to know on that

subject - I came here to learn about how to eat raw. Thanks.

Kay here..

Thats interesting Lynne; The thing is I love that line and find

myself " waiting " for it when I am playing the c.d I have built up my

own life goal - This affirmation usually triggers me into a state of

security and calmness before I go to sleep.

This has got me all thinking... I can understand what you are making

a point about though.

I am nodding at your other coment.

We need to keep this simple!
