Guest guest Posted May 16, 2005 Report Share Posted May 16, 2005 Hello everyone, I wanted to say that my sciatic pain has all but gone - when I started the yoga stretches I could feel the tension that was there - but it has responded very quickly - we have a new couch and I have been sitting differently when I relax in the evenings so I think that helped to bring the tension on - also on our trip to London I was quite tense being in an in-law family situation!!
