Guest guest
Here is some info on Hct and Hematocrit; Hemoglobin (Hgb) and Hematocrit (Hct) : The hemoglobin is the amount of oxygen carrying protein contained within the red blood cells. The hematocrit is the percentage of the blood volume occupied by red blood cells. In most labs the Hgb is actually measured, while the Hct is computed using the RBC measurement and the MCV measurement. Thus purists prefer to use the Hgb measurement as more reliable. Low Hgb or Hct suggest an anemia. On my blood test results, the FSH result is listed as FSH. rawfood , " Gypsi at www.aromaticwings.com " <aromatic_wings> wrote: > I was told on the blood work it would say hemocrite or hct which normals are supposed to be between 35-50.. 50 and above being above normal .. not menopausal... below 35 being menopausal..don't think age has anything to do with it...this is my understanding .. i could be wrong... and I thnik the lower you are the more menopausal you are. FSH is the name of the test .. > > Does anyone know what shows the adrenals are weak?? Also I have blood test results regarding my liver.. wondering what to look for with this too... to show say fatty liver or problems... >
