Guest guest
Kay: Nutritional the best food I know of for the nervous system is celery. One does not need to eat a lot, 2-3 stalks a day, consistency is more important. Organic is important if available as celery takes up chemicals more then many plants. Also avoid foods like refined sugar and anything else that gives us mood swings. So stretches or breathing or postures like where the head is lower then the heart can help us bring up repressed fears and emotions (GO SLOW with these). Are you open to work with a yoga instructor (if not physical therapists use many of the same techniques). Finding an appropriate practitioner can take a while. When you do find one it would be best to find one you can take group and private classes with. Do not expect miracles but slowly over months you should feel better and more confident using different postures to help you deal with different feelings. Beware of long meditations for a while or if you find them disorienting. (Even10-20 minutes) Wishing you a safe and uphill journey (anyone can slide downhill LOL) Bill korangeli " <korangeli For those Members on Kay's emotional post.xx
