sun gazing

Hello everyone - I was interested in the sun gazing and read some of the

info on the Internet links - so we did our first sun-gaze at sunset last

night - hey anything that cuts down on the housekeeping bills is fine by

me!!!!!!!!!! (Only joking but you never know!)

So is that the way to do sun-gazing – at sunset? I have to admit that I

was really concerned about doing this having heard for so many years how

the sun will damage the eye if you look straight into it.

the method you're referring to recommends within an hour of either

sunrise or sunset...supposedly the UV is much lower then.
