You're right. It's very simple to me, eat your produce. I've

decided to go without raw nuts, I'm just going to eat raw fruits and

vegeatable, any and every, whenever, in whatever amounts. I hope it

goes well, I'll be sure to monitor my weight for the next year or

so. That's the only thing that really concerns me about the raw

plant food diet, is somehow losing too much weight. Protein

deficiency I think is a myth, regardless of all the science and

other details behind amino acids, etc.

Wish me luck people as I take this adventure. If anyone wants to

try to scare me with nutritional information, I'm all for it.
