Guest guest
A few weeks back, there were several emails shared in a couple of the raw food regarding the use/non-use of commerical shampoo products. I just thought I would give my personal update.... I have used nothing but water when washing my hair for the past several weeks; prior to this, I used shampoo on a daily basis (sometimes twice a day, if there was a lot of activity involved), and for several years, my hair has been severely thinning, both in amount and in texture. Almost immediately after discontinuing the shampoo, I noticed a marked decrease in the amount of hair left in my sink, and in my brush. There are now days where no fallen hair appears at all in the sink, with only a few left in the brush. This is amazing! I can't say that I am noticing any regrowth, but my hair looks more full without looking dry and fluffy (the shampoo effect :-) ). It is softer, and something of a natural wave seems to be returning. I still use a small amount of hairspray, because my hair has become so fine, and being short, it won't stay in place. So, I'm looking for an alternative to that now. But I am a happy camper, for sure, and it's one less item on my shopping list now. Peace, Valerie Mail Mobile Take Mail with you! Check email on your mobile phone.
