Why Try to Eat Everything?

I'm talking about the generally available stores, like supermarkets

and produce places and the easily gettoable places in those stores.

I don't want to try to differentiate that much between what's not all

chopped up like that and high pressure rolled, which heats them while

it presses them, and what's not. I can tell by looking at it and

certainly by eating it whether a produce item has been cooked in any

way.

 

Milk comes cold but we know that's not how it's made.

 

As far as I know all wheatgrass is the same.
