(L. 18, p. 421-4) The criteria: 1. Toxicity -- Rating value goes from -0 to -100 2. Edibility in the Raw state 0 to 10 3. Taste Appeal (Deliciousness) 0 to 10 4. Ease of Digestion 0 to 10 5. Efficiency of Digestion 0 to 10 6. Protein Adequacy 0 to 5 7. Vitamin Adequacy 0 to 5 8. Mineral Salts Adequacy 0 to 5 9. Essential Fatty Acids 0 to 5 10. Fuel Value 0 to 40 The higher the score, the more useful the food in the human dietary. Amongst generally available foods, he ranked/rated ~95 items. The contest " What food received the highest numberical rating, and what was it? " What food received the lowest, and what was it? (answer later today/tonight/tomorrow...) or maybe interspered throughout the day..we'll see if anyone participates...lol! maybe I'll respond with the rating for the food(s), if people venture a guess.. have fun.. all the best, Bob
