Guest guest
I am an Introvert also and have not always dealt with it in the most constructive of ways. When I was a child, I was painfully shy. Even now, in my late 40's, I would rather be at home than anywhere else on the planet - and I hate hate hate large crowds, etc. or " the attention being on me. " That book, Leslie, sounds interesting; I will have to keep my eyes open for that. " chai_mama " <chai_mama wrote: Valerie~ Thanks for sharing this valuable lesson that you have learned! Funny (or not!) that it takes years for many of us to learn that lesson (often learned the hard way). A good book for introverts is " The Introvert Advantage. " Very eye-opening book about how introverts may learn to navigate (more painlessly) this extrovert world we live in!
