Guest guest Posted May 8, 2005 Report Share Posted May 8, 2005 Elchanan, I was wondering about the salt content of veggies and how to explain to my son how we do need some salt and this would be a natural salt for our body which is better in our system then table salt or sea salt.?? He was told by his dr that he needs to bring triglycerides down and his hdl etc... so I was trying to explain the rawsome diet.. live-it.. and might have got him confused.... he is not much of a veggie eater as I was not when I started (gee wonder where he got that??) He is bi-polar and seems everything but these important things are ok. well i told him if he is bi-polar then not everything is ok.. that there is a chemical imbalance in his system that needs correcting and the way to start it is to get eating raw veggies and fruits etc... it was a great mother's day as we had a long discussion regarding this subject.. You explain things better then I ... could you help me with this.. I would like to email him with your answer if that is ok with you....
