May I offer a suggestion, which I have implemented in a couple of cases where I found myself repeatedly " not enjoying " posts from one or two individuals? I simply went into my email program and created a rule that deletes all messages from those individuals, so that I never have to see them. That way, I can remain in the group and enjoy what everyone else has to share, and at the same time I effectively insulate myself from people whose energy, intentions, and/or language seem severely mismatched to my own. Just a thought. Elchanan ***Hi Elchanan....Is this something you can do w/all email provider programs? I have aol? Do you think this would work when you receive the messages from the group via the digest version? Thanks so much for your help, Denise
