myself repeatedly " not enjoying " posts from one or two individuals? I simply

went into my email program and created a rule that deletes all messages from

those individuals, so that I never have to see them. That way, I can remain

in the group and enjoy what everyone else has to share, and at the same time

I effectively insulate myself from people whose energy, intentions, and/or

language seem severely mismatched to my own.

programs? I have aol? Do you think this would work when you receive the

messages

not Elchanan, and Nope, won't work with Digest version...only

individual version (you *could* write a rule within some email

programs, like Outlook, and have it search the text of the email, and

do something with the email...but it'd be the entire email, not just

the " bothersome " portion of the digest..
