Hi Bob,

 

I personally would find the files (w/a FAQ section and permanent

easily-to-access files) really helpful. I don't think you necessarily have to

set up a

separate group. This group has a homepage, with a section that is set up

with a database, links, photos, files, etc....all you need to do is download

files to it. I've seen many other that use the resources on the

homepage and it's very easy to load AND access. The owner of the group can

set it up so that either they, the moderator(s) or the members themselves can

add files. Just a thought....Denise
