I took to heart all the posts on here about not posting from other

forums and stopping the arguing on here, but I still think this is

helpful information.

Here's the quote on Eve's extensive knowledge of nutrition:

P.834 - §5 The Adamic children did not take milk from animals

when

they ceased to nurse the mother's breast at one year of age. Eve had

access to the milk of a great variety of nuts and to the juices of

many fruits, and knowing full well the chemistry and energy of these

foods, she suitably combined them for the nourishment of her

children

until the appearance of teeth. "

Makes one wonder if 1 or 2% violet bloods like us could survive on

this diet for a lifetime, or even if we can be very effective at

reforming self-defeating nutritional habits before

the gene pool is cleaned up (Let's face it, much nutritional

debility

is genetic, yes?), and until solid science comes along. This quote

reveals

how little

we truly know of human chemical/life compounds and the proper recipe

to produce children and adults of superb health and therefore

greater

potential for soul evolution.

Rich: I don't think we're much different from the violet race. I

would put the figure at 80%. And since they practiced

vegetarianism, I think it's good for us too.

Someone: The science of nutrition is in its

infancy, but insights like this will speak volumes to the succeeding

generation of scientists as society begins to amass reliable

data on this most crippling, or enabling, human activity. But given

the best possible nutrition, it is nothing without heart.

Much love.

Rich: I don't hear of people dying of starvation but I do here of

them having horrible illnesses and I think it's mostly due to their

diet. I think you can eat pretty much anything and be healthy, as

long as you eat. You get all the nutrition you need from virtually

any diet. Much love.

I have spent the last 35 years studying nutrition. Below are some of

my thoughts.

Drinking five eight ounce glasses of water a day could probably be

the healthiest thing we do.

Rich: I think it depends on your diet. As a raw vegan, I get most

of my water needs from the produce itself. But if you're eating the

Standard American Diet (SAD) then you're probably well off drinking

a lot of water to try and cleanse yourself.

Someone: Foods such as meats cooked in certain oils is life

shortening.

Rich: I don't want to play games with the issue. If meat isn't

good for me in general, then I don't want to eat any of it.

Someone: As a rule most food bought in a supermarket that is not on

the

perimeter isle is bad for you.

Rich: I like the first aisle, I don't think dairy is very good for

people either.

Someone: I do not think food grown with chemicals is bad for you.

Rich: I don't worry about organic or not organic. Organic usually

tastes a little better, sometimes a lot better, but it's not easy

enough to come by. Food grown with chemicals doesn't affect me

mentally and that's my main concern, my spiritual growth.

Someone: A vegetarian diet without supervision-study is

debilitating. Balance

is the key.

Rich: It can be debilitating if your not ready for it mentally,

trying to switch over from the all-American diet. I don't think it

needs to be studied though, but I'll be my own guinea pig and let

you know how it turns out in a couple of years. I'm not going to

balance what's proper with what's improper as far as I understand it.

Someone: Exersize is the glue that holds things together.

Rich: I don't exercise, I walk a lot during a day though, that's

enough exercise for me. As a raw vegan my body's healthy enough

without formal exercise, but I would agree that someone on the

regular diet should exercise for detox purposes.

People could make healthier decisions if they'd just read the

fricken

list of ingredients! All food manafacturers in the US are required

by

law to make this information available. Aspartame and hydrogenated

oils should be avoided. It's easy to say our knowledge of nutrition

is still in its infancy, but the fact is few bother to educated

themselves. For instance foods that are acidic. Your body wants to

maintain a balance (ph). When the acid level gets too high the

chemical necessary to reduce it has to come from somewhere and if

not

from your diet then from your bones (calcium) - hence osteoporosis

(loss of bone density). Sure you could pop a pill, but that doesn't

really solve the problem. It just alleviates the symptoms like most

modern day medicines are only good for.

Rich: Personally, I don't need to know the ingredients, I trust my

intuition that I'll stay healthy being a raw vegan. I don't want to

play games with what to avoid and what not to avoid. It's much

easier and saves time to just play it safe and easy and avoid all

things that could be a problem.

People suffer more from too much calcium because of dairy products

than not enough calcium, much more.

----snip----

Hi Rich...

quick one re: " much nutritional debility is genetic, yes? " - I'd say

probably not, *if* nutritional debility could be said to lead to

chronic diseases...

In the China Study, Campbell found that genetics only had a 2-3%

contribution factor...exact page not remembered..

all the best,

Bob
